Jewellery Box

I am just about finished my granddaughter’s jewellery box with the secret compartment. We decided on butterflies for the top for two reasons; they are pretty and they can fly, as we hope that she will.

I plan on putting a clear epoxy on the lid top.

I will also be adding lid stays and a brass knob to the lid.

This one I think I will put up for sale. It was more of a learning situation with this one.

The next one(s) will have a better hinge system.
