Today I began the task of affixing lights under the eaves to be used during certain holidays like Christmas, Halloween etc. I wanted to start at the eaves near the kitchen window and follow the roof line completely around the house.
However when I got to the pointed roof section over the front window, I discovered that my ladder would not reach high enough, so I decided to take them back down for now.
My neighbour next door said he had a big ladder I could use, so I will try again after our road trip which will be starting this coming Monday.
Tomorrow we head down to Steve’s for Royce’s third birthday. We got him a bicycle at Steve’s suggestion.
