It has been a challenge doing this project. First there were incorrect measurements which prompted me to go down and dismantle it and bring the pieces home.
And what we thought was a nice patina on the wrought iron turned out to be rust, so I had to paint it.
But the most challenging thing was to find metal furniture inserts that allow for the thing to be taken apart for transportation. I finally found them today at Home Depot. They’re called knife inserts.
