Yesterday Jane and I dropped by Steve and Sara’s to pick up the patio bench so I could refurbish it at home. While we were there I helped Steve install a solar light in his garden shed. He had two of them and ended up giving me the second one.
So today I installed it to light up the BBQ which will be especially useful when the days are short.
I tucked the wire into the soffit out of sight and mounted the solar panel on the fence post between the houses. I’ll see how it works tonight after dark. It’s got a motion sensor on it.
