Our across the street neighbours, Jenny and Allan, have decided to move into a Assisted Living accommodation in Stouffville to be closer to their daughter. To that end they are in the process of downsizing because their new place will be a 2 bedroom apartment. Its quite nice with a separate dining room and no need to cook. In fact, their new apartment doesnt even have a stove.
Because they are not computer savvy and dont use Facebook, Jane offered to post their stuff on Marketplace and this morning both of us were answering enquiries for all the postings. There have been over a thousand enquiries, so we have been quite busy, but a lot of their stuff has sold.
This afternoon, with weather conditions favourable for flying my drone, I went over to the Barrie Soccer field on Huronia and spent about half an hour there sending it up to take some videos.
In fact, today I got it up to a record height of about 380 feet (Max is 400) and took some excellent videos from that altitude.
