This afternoon I took my drone to a large soccer field to get more familiar with its use. It was a good place to do it because there were no people there and no nearby hazards that it could crash into..
I did get it flying a couple of times but the wind started picking up and I felt it would create an unsafe situation.
In addition the camera was not connected probably because I didn’t activate the HS Fly app at the right time. Another learning curve point.
Once the weather is better I’ll get some aerial pictures and videos.
