It has been quite awhile since Jane and I reviewed our wills, so we have an appointment tomorrow with a lawyer to prepare updated wills and powers of attorney.
It’s not that either one of us is expecting anything soon, rather it is to ensure that everything is uncomplicated.
I’m glad we undertook this exercise because we uncovered a couple issues that would have made it more complicated than it has to be like having co-executors.
In addition to that we are listing in writing what personal mementoes and items will go to who.
A time consuming exercise, but well worth it.
