I received a call from Affordable Comfort this morning from a manager who advised that technicians are recommending installation of Golden Embers so,d by Heat n Glow fireplaces.
They say this should resolve the pilot light issue. Julia, the manager, has already ordered the embers which should be here in about a week.
Originally they had given me a quote of $450 to install but because of ongoing issues she says they are waiving that charge.
Good news.
