The first toaster we got a few days ago didn’t work properly. It wouldn’t pop up when the cancel button was pressed. We have always had good luck with Cuisinart before, so we thought we would return it and order an identical one to replace it.
Well, the second one was defective as well, so we returned it as well and initiated a refund request with Amazon.
Jane has ordered another brand from Stokes. Hopefully this one will work properly.
