Last night I received a n email from Charles Stanley, a real estate salesman I have used on three or four occasions. It was a listing for a condo in Toronto.
The location, Eglinton and Kingston Rd had some appeal because it’s close to Chris’ and Steven‘s respective homes.
It would be convenient to visit the Grandkids or vice versa.
We are exploring the idea and actually went down to have a look at this particular condo. There’s a lot to think about, though. Starting with finding out how much we might get for our house here in Barrie.
