Last night we had heavy rain along with thunder and lightning. It’s getting rid of the remnants of snow left over from the winter.
I think this is finally the beginning of Spring and we can now look forward to garden surprises as things begin to green up and flowers poke through the ground.
It is almost time to rake the leaves out of the flowerbeds, those that were left behind last Fall to provide some cover to the little critters left behind.
On the subject of little critters, I had a mouse checking out my empty popcorn bag last night. Fortunately I had a couple of traps out in the garage.
