We have been looking at seeking out a location at which to view a display of the Northern Lights. One spot that has been recommended is near Gravenhurst and one of the many Facebook groups has recommended that Mylar emergency blankets are a good item to help keep warm. Yesterday I ordered some on Amazon and they arrived today.
Of course, I had to try one this morning. And I can tell you, they work. They reflect up to 90% of your body heat and can even be used to make an emergency shelter.
