After checking the tents for rips or tears and finding all okay, I decided to sleep in the big tent last night.
So I brought out the camp cot and sleeping bag and set everything up inside the tent.
Although the temperature went down to 9C, I was snug and warm through the night. it was quite pleasant listening to the gurgle of the waterfall and I fell asleep quickly.
I was awakened around 6am, my usual time, by the cooing of mourning doves at the bird feeder right in front of the tent.
I’ll put everything away today.
