Today at 9am I took our Nissan Rogue into the dealership for an oil change and brake job. They said it would be a few hours so they arranged for an Uber to take me home while they did the work. I was pretty pleased with that arrangement.
However, when I had not heard back from them by 2:30PM I decided to call them. I was put on hold several times which did not go over well with me.
Finally, at 3:45PM, after being taken back by Uber again, They finished and I got the vehicle back.
I will not be getting any more servicing done there. I will only go back for the free oil changes. Disappointing to say the least.
