Our flowerbeds, both front and back, are coming to life. Finally. The lilacs are beginning to blossom and the scent from them is quite pleasant; Jane says that it reminds her of being a young girl, lilacs were everywhere in Mimico.
The front flower bed is shaping up nicely, too; when we sit out on the deck, we almost always end up commenting on the mottled sunshine in the yards, which we love. Jane likes to say that it adds texture!
And today some stuff called Flex Seal was delivered by Amazon which I ordered to repair our leaking waterfall.
