Kitchen Window

Another home repair/replace. The centre pane of our kitchen bay window has fogged up and the thermo pane needs replacing.

A few days ago, I had called the Glass Doctor here in Barrie and was quoted an estimate of $530-$580 for the job. After checking others in the area, we decided to go with him.

Today the installers arrived to take measurements and quoted a price about $100 cheaper! That was a nice surprise! We also liked their safety precautions with masks and staying 2 m apart from us; they also touched very little and Jane sprayed the door handles with sanitizer after they left.

They’ll be back in about two weeks to do the installation!
