The Iowa caucus results are still not in. Apparently they decided to use a brand new app to record votes, but there was no training on how to use it.
They were worried that if they released the app too soon, it would be hacked.
I can already hear the Oval Office creature deriding the lack of organizational capability of the Democrats.
