Yesterday, Steven and Sara arrived just after noon. We got all their stuff loaded into Shenanigans and headed over to the cottage.
It was great to see them both and they were happy to finally be here.
The rest of the afternoon was spent just chillin. Steve had a snooze in the hammock while Sara and Jane sunned on the dock.
I napped in the floating chair for awhile.
After a small lunch, I caught a small pike off the dock and Steve discovered a baby muskrat hiding near the shore.
We had a delicious salmon dinner on the deck after which we began watching a movie called The Handmaiden’s Tale.
Steve flew his drone amongst the trees and way out over the lake. His I phone showed the view from above. Fantastic!
A great day once again.
