Yesterday afternoon MY Jane and I went to see the movie Rocketman, the story of Elton John.
Both of us were enthralled with the film and learned that Elton had a very sad childhood. His mother and father were despicable people who treated him in a cruel and unloving manner.
Learning of this caused us to reflect on the lyrics in many of his songs.
A great movie.
