Today is a glorious Spring day with the sun shining and the temperature up around 18C. It’s a perfect day to do a couple of little things in the back garden. Jane did some raking and even got Minnie outside for awhile.
After I did a little more work on Pal (the rocking horse I’m making), I decided to tackle some maintenance on the fire pit that the boys gave me a couple of Father’s Days ago.
You can see how it’s rusting out. I went to Lowe’s and got some heat resistant paint and a wire brush and went at it.
It’s looking much better
Then I put the solar garden lights out and fixed the rose trellis. I’m feeling productive.
