Snowball Lantern

Yesterday, with the mild temperature, MY Jane and I decided to make a snowball lantern. In the afternoon we fashioned enough snowballs to make a teepee shaped cone in the front yard. We planned to light candles inside when it got dark.

By the time that happened, the top part of the cone had melted, but we decided to light it up anyway.
Despite the top not being there, it worked out pretty good anyway.

It lasted for about 3 hours until the candles burned out.

There wasn’t a trace of it left today.
