My main birthday celebration happened this past weekend when everyone was up here for Thanksgiving.
Because my actual birthday date is today, MY Jane asked me yesterday if I would prefer a birthday breakfast or a birthday dinner out somewhere. I chose to have a birthday breakfast because there is a lIttle out of the way rstaurant called Deb’s Place that makes really good peameal bacon and eggs.
I haven’t had that for awhile and I have a craving for it.
We’ll have our usual morning coffee at the house and afterward, we’ll head out. It’s only a five minute drive from here. Of course, most places in Barrie are only a five minute drive from our place!
It’s another one of those days where we have nothing scheduled, so we can just do whatever we feel like doing. It’s a “retirement” day.
