What happened in Las Vegas with 50 dead and hundreds wounded is a tragedy. And what makes even more of a tragedy is that it was one that was preventable.
Even if the automatic weapons this man had were illegal, I believe that stricter gun laws would have gone a long way in preventing the murder of so many innocent people.
That, along with the inflammatory tweets from the one occupying the oval office, is a surefire recipe for disastrous results.
Until people with the power to change the laws do so, this madness will never end.
