This morning, after breakfast, MY Jane and I began the task of planting annuals in the back garden. There were 48 Dusty Millers and 96 Vincas to do. We are trying the Vincas instead of Impatiens this year because they are supposed to do well in both sun and shade. We’ll see.
We also hung a couple of potted plants on the garden fence.
We spent about four hours out there this morning but the weather was perfect for doing this job. Not too hot and no bugs.
All we have to do now is wait for stuff to grow.

It's that time of year. We'll also be spending the next few days trying to get caught up with all the planting. It's worth it in the end though.
