One of the jobs on my to-do list was to spruce up the baseboard at the front entrance of our home. I had thought about just re-painting, but, after some thought, I decided it would be an opportunity to match up the baseboard in that area with the main floor.
So, yesterday, I bought some new baseboard and shoe moulding and this morning, after breakfast, I started removing the old stuff and replaced it with the new.
Once I had the new stuff installed, I caulked it and touched up the wall paint where it had come off during the removal of the old.
It looks a lot better.
