This afternoon, MY Jane and I attended at the Barrie Soccer Club where my cousin, George, volunteers. We were there, at his request, to help deliver a Drug Awareness Program to the kids who are registered there.
The club has made it a mandatory provision that the soccer players participate in this program.
A Simcoe County public nurse was there to supervise and coordinate things.
It was an interesting and fun time interacting with these young people.
