When we did the deck project last April, I saved a lot of bricks from the existing patio with the hope of being able to re-use them at some point. I did use quite a few to make a small sidewalk near the back yard gate and, yesterday, I used a few more to make a potting table platform behind our little garden shed.
I still have to get some fine sand for putting in between the bricks, but for the most part it is done.
MY Jane is quite happy with this arrangement. It will make it easier in the Spring when we have to transplant plants.
