I am sure most of you have had to deal with a cable or internet company at one time or another. I am in the process of doing this today. The frustration level increases from the time you place your call and are forced to listen to countless menu options.
Once you get through to the person who can deal with your issue, you have to contend with someone who really doesn’t care what you want. Their job is to try to upsell. Or, in my case, when I told Natalie at Rogers that I wanted to cancel cable and Internet, I get threatened with a $200 cancellation fee. Ridiculous!
Anyway, I have decided to go with Fibe if they can come up with comparable service for a comparable price. We’ll see.
