Everyone returned home yesterday after celebrating Tonya’s Christmas with us. It’s very quiet in the house, much to the satisfaction of Minnie. She prefers that. But it will liven up again beginning Tuesday. Ted will be coming back. Then, on Wednesday, Chris returns, with Steven coming on Christmas Eve.
It’s going to be an exciting and enjoyable Christmas despite the fact that Grinch is refusing to give us snow.
But it will take more than the absence of a little snow to change the spirit of the day. It will make for better driving conditions for family members who have to travel. And that’s a good thing.
