Yesterday I finished staining the little wall mounted bookshelf that I made for Mrs. Romano, Rita’s Mom.
Jane and I were down there a while back so Mrs. Romano could show her how she bakes a cake that we liked. In fact, she then gave us the whole cake afterward.
I noticed all her cookbooks piled on top of one another and Mrs Romano showed me where she used to have them. They were a bit too heavy for the shelf and the bracket pulled away.
I volunteered to make sturdier bookshelf for her.
While I was out in the garage doing that, Jane was focussed on wrapping more Christmas gifts.
We also made a whole bunch of Christmas truffles using a healthy recipe from Splenda.
