This past Thursday, Chris texted me to ask what MY Jane and I were doing this weekend. When I to,d him we had nothing really planned, he said he wanted to surprise his Mom, MY Jane, and show up Friday evening with his fiancé, Tonya.
He asked me not to say anything. Of course, I was in.
True to form, while Jane and I were sitting at the kitchen table having dinner, he burst in the back door startling both Jane and me.
We had a great evening chatting about the Lumberjack and Jill planned for this October and the wedding next June.
A great evening and both Jane and I are delighted to have Chris and Tonya visit for the weekend. We may even take a spin up to Georgian Bay for a dinghy ride. So far, the weather is looking promising!
