Yesterday, MY Jane and I took one our spontaneous drives to nowhere. We do that sometimes just for fun. We ended up driving down Big Bay Point Road in Barrie toward Lake Simcoe. In fact, we ended up right on the edge of the lake.
We got out of the car at what looked like a boat launch area and had a look around. Of course, Jane had to kick her sandals off and walk into the water up to her ankles. She just can’t resist water.
We then went to Canadian Tire where I bought some light polyester rope to include in our camping gear and, after we got home, we decided to BBQ a couple of pork chops and have dinner on the patio. It was delicious.
Later we watched the NHL playoff game but unfortunately, the team we are cheering for, Tampa Bay Lightning, lost to the Chicago Black Hawks.
