As mentioned in yesterday’s blog, MY Jane worked on organizing our closet which, of course, led to organizing other things like the guest room dresser and the downstairs buffet. She used several baskets that she bought yesterday from Bed Bath and Beyond. It’s looking very good.
While she was busy doing that, I picked up material and hardware that I needed for my table saw/router mobile work station and got a start on that. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Today I will be putting the sides on and then making two drawers for the lower left side and two cabinet doors on the right side. Interestingly enough, I have already used the work station as it is to cut more plywood for the work station itself.
So I have been pondering whether to paint it, stain it, varathane it, or just leave it as bare wood. What do you think?
And, in the afternoon, we had a nice surprise visit from Paul & Shelly who brought us some of their delicious butter tarts.
