Yesterday, MY Jane and I went out to price Roman blinds for the Family Room. First, we went to Blinds to Go and had a very informative discussion with a good sales rep. We got a price on what it might cost then went to nearby Home Depot to check things out there. The price there was a bit cheaper although the quality is not as good.
Before we order any blinds, I’ll paint a scrap piece of wood with the paint we used on the Family Room walls to take with us. That way we can see what the colours will look like together.
As I’m sitting here at our kitchen table, doing my blog and having my morning coffee, I am joined by my resident advisor on all matters, Minnie.
And the Easter Bunny has shown up again. We haven’t seen him all winter. Here he is having a snack beneath the back yard bird feeder.
This afternoon we will be heading up to visit with John and Barb and to check out the woodworking tools he has offered to give me. Exciting.
