New Jacket

Yesterday, MY Jane and I went to Georgian Mall, specifically, to Danier Leather to pick up the jacket that I bought at the Newmarket store a couple of weeks ago. The sleeves had to be shortened a bit. I am very pleased with the look and feel of it.

While there, Jane bought a couple of Christmas gift items for her Mom which I am sure she will like.
We were there a couple of days ago as well and I noticed that a new Tim Hortons is readying for business in the mall. It is situated right across from an existing Second Cup, so I don’t think it will be too long before the Second Cup closes down.
Despite the damp and dreary morning, Minnie wanted out into the back yard, but it wasn’t long before she was at the door wanting wanting back in again.
This morning, I will be taking the car in to have the winter tires put on. Last year I put them on around November 3rd and the next morning, it snowed.

Later today, one of my boyhood chums, Jim Burd (Burdie, I used to call him) is coming down from Midland for a visit and I’m looking forward to that.
