Our Easter dinner was a great success. Jane’s Mom, Ted, did a great job of decorating the dinner table and, of course, MY Jane did her usual magic in the cooking department.
We had glazed leg of ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, vegetable shishkebab, and shrimp for the main course and cake (two kinds) for dessert. Absolutely delicious.
After stuffing ourselves with all that great food, we went outside to play a little more ball hockey, this time with a goalie net that Chris bought. Much better that way. Steven took some more aerial videos from the Quadcopter.
Once darkness had set in, we all went into the back yard while Steven did a night flight with the Quadcopter and Go Pro camera attached. It was fascinating to see the thing so high in the sky with all the lights on it lit up and so visible.
We then retired to the Family Room and watched the Go Pro videos on the big screen TV. All in all – a happy and fun Easter Day.
