While visiting good friends, Berc and Roza, in Toronto last night, I received an e-mail from the yacht broker that our offer to purchase the 35 foot President Yacht had been accepted by the owner. Jane and I are very excited and hopeful that the marine survey and sea trial will be satisfactory. Once that happens, the deal will be closed.
